4. Description of the Service Our game is free and available to all users. The game contains advertisements provided by third parties via the AdMob platform. Users can make in-app purchases to remove ads and unlock premium levels.

   • Game ID: A unique identifier for the game, such as an anonymous GUID (e.g., “382c74c3-721d-4f34-80e5-57657b6cbc27”).
   • Player ID: A unique identifier for the player in the current game, generated as an anonymous GUID.
   • Game Name, Package Name, Version, URL: Information collected from the game’s properties.
   • Cordova Environment: Identifies if the game is running in a specific environment, such as Android.
   • Touch Screen: Information on the device’s touch capabilities.
   • Date and Time of Use: When the player uses the game.
   • Device Language: Used solely to apply the appropriate language to the game text.

5.2 Use of Collected Data The collected data is used to:

• Display advertisements within the game (via AdMob).
• Improve the game’s performance and user experience (via GDevelop analytics).
• Prevent crashes and technical failures.

All data collection is done in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws. This data is anonymous and does not directly identify any individual.

6. Advertising via AdMob Our game uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These ads may be personalized based on general device information unless the user opts out. Users can manage their ad preferences through their Google account settings.
7. In-App Purchases
   • 7.1 Premium Content The Service offers in-app purchases that allow users to remove ads and unlock premium levels. All purchases are handled by Google Play Store.
   • 7.2 Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Google Play Store policies. Users may request refunds directly through Google Play by following their guidelines.

8. User Conduct By using the Service, you agree to:
   • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   • Not interfere with the normal functioning of the game.
   • Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the game.
   • Not engage in fraudulent activities related to in-app purchases or advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property All rights to the Service and its content, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

    • By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
• You waive your right of withdrawal (refund) as allowed under EU consumer protection laws unless required otherwise by Google Play policies.

Changes to the Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Velletri (RM). However, if you reside in another country, you may have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
